BLOWCON was founded in 1985 as an extrusion blow moulding company operating from Dandenong, Victoria supplying customers around Australia.

Blowcon operates its 27 extruders 24 hours per day 5 days per week, and has plenty of capacity to provide customer needs on time as required. With minimum order quantities of 5,000 for HDPE products and 10,000 for PVC products, Blowcon offers easy entry for new product development and economy and flexibility for routine ordering.
Blowcon has a documented quality system, and you can rely on the personal attention to every item manufactured, with manual inspection of each item and regular specification and closure fitment checks. High quality is not an aim – it is an essential component of our supply package.
As a member of the Tricorbraun Group, Blowcon has added flexibility in sharing production capacity and tooling with sister company Australian Bottle Manufacturers in Queensland. We can also help our customers to source closures from our other injection moulding company Bev-Cap in NSW, as well as mist sprayers, trigger and lotion pumps through Specialty Products and Dispensers. For smaller than production lot orders Blowcon recommends supply from our associate company PB Packaging.

Australian Bottle Manufacturers
Established in 1995, we provide custom and stock moulded injection, extrusion blow and two stage PET moulded plastic products located in South East Queensland. Our manufacturing facility operates twenty four hours a day, five days per week, and consists of a large complement of machinery capable of producing bottles up to 5L and injection moulded products in engineering and comodity plastic resins.

Bev-Cap Pty Ltd is a designer and manufacturer of plastic injection moulded products. Established in 1983 Bev-Cap provides the latest caps and closures for the food, beverage and cometic markets.
